It’s the quarantine time, where everyone is following social distancing and has made space for self-isolation. Amidst of this lockdown, Malaika Arora has taken her wellness venture online. Her yoga outlet ‘Sarva and Diva Young’ is available online to everyone with any fee. Malaika is currently suffering from a back injury but will host a yoga session this week. She says that we are fighting a collective battle and staying healthy and taking precautionary measures is of utmost importance. Therefore, she launched a community online where people can join for free and help themselves build a physically, mentally and emotionally fit personality. She urges everyone to join for just 30 minutes and take these sessions.
Malaika’s partner Sarvesh Shashi emphasizes on building a strong immunity system. He mentions that a part of this program will include modules for immunity booster and these will be available in 6 different languages. Additionally, he states that ‘we also include sessions that will address the anxiety issue and help people overcome it’. Furthermore, he encourages people to join this community and work out together.
This is a great and inspiring start by Malaika and we hope it attains a huge success. And you could stay tuned to us to get more such updates!
