Rhea Chakraborty’s Bail Plea States, ‘She Was Coerced Into Making Self-Incriminatory Statement’

Rhea Chakraborty spent yesterday night at Byculla Jail. Her lawyer, Maneshinde filed the bail plea yesterday in the session court after Rhea’s plea got rejected by the Magistrate court. The court will hear Rhea’s plea on Thursday. The actress was arrested by NCB under section 27A and she will be in judicial custody till 22 September. According to the Times now, her hearing is underway.

In Rhea’s bail plea, it is stated that she was coerced into making self-incriminatory statements which she refused soon after her arrest. On Thursday, the court will also hear the bail plea of Rhea’s brother Showik and Manager’s Samuel Miranda. They were arrested a couple of days before Rhea’s arrest.
