Kangana’s mother, Asha Ranaut has donated her one-month pension in the name of adversity and suffering. She has donated the amount to the PM-CARES special fund. Rangoli shared this information through her social media account by writing “My mother gave her one month pension, we don’t know how long lockdown will last. We need to survive with what we have but we can make few adjustments for the nation.” In the end, she thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for giving such an opportunity to help.
