PM Modi Shares Ayurveda’s Immunity Boosting Formula for Self-Care during COVID-19 Pandemic

Coronavirus pandemic is becoming fiercer and since there is no cure other than boosting immunity, people are trying different immunity-boosting formulas. Amidst, PM Modi shared his Ayurvedic formula to boost the natural defense system in the body. While emphasizing on “prevention is better than cure”, he talked about the significance of Ayurveda. His formula is also recommended by the Ministry of Ayush. He took to Instagram to share the post with the caption “Let’s keep the focus on being healthy. After all, good health is the harbinger of happiness.”

In his post, he suggested to drink warm water throughout the day, daily practice Yogasan, Pranayama at least 30 minutes in a day. He also emphasizes on using turmeric, coriander, and garlic in cooking. He suggested taking herbal tea/decoction made with Tulsi, Dalchini, Kali mirch, dry ginger, Munakka twice in a day. He advised adding fresh lime juice or Jiggery to enhance the taste of tea.
