Pornhub site has been facing protest for failing to remove the porn videos of the minor and sex trafficking girls from its site. According to the New York Times, a large number of objectionable and illegal videos are streaming on this site. After this report, two major credit card companies, Visa and MasterCard, denied processing the payment of Pornhub.

After the allegation and protest, pornhub blocked those accounts that are not verified. The company said in a statement that the condition of verification has been implemented for all sorts of content on its site, but other platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TickTock, YouTube have not implemented such a policy so far.

The company said that they are not being targeted because of the policies of the website, but because it is an adult content platform. According to the report, Facebook itself revealed that 80 million content related to the sexual exploitation of children was found on its platform during the last three years, whereas, the Internet Watch Foundation said that during the same period, only 118 such content were found on PornHub.
