"The blast took place in a madrassah during a Quran class. Someone took a bag inside the seminary," said Waqar Azim, a senior police official. At least seven people have been killed and more than 70 injured in an explosion this morning at a madrassah in Peshawar's Dir Colony. #DawnToday
He added that the man who bought the explosive bag inside the Madrassa left the lecture hall just before the blast. Mohammad Ali Gandapur, a senior police officer, confirmed the blast and reported dead and wounded. The number of dead and wounded may increase, he added.
No terrorist group has yet taken responsibility for the blast. The explosion took place after peace was restored for a month in Pakistan. But after the explosion, the fear of jihadists once again seems to be soaring in Pakistan. Peshawar once again became the epicenter of jihadists who are targeting security forces and public spaces.
More than 60 people had been taking a lesson when the explosion tore through the madrassa in #Peshawar, about 170 km west of Islamabad, said Waqar Azim, a senior police official https://t.co/JUvVUtTfb3

Very sorry to hear about the blast & casualties in Peshawar. Terrorists, who had been defeated, are again hitting us becuz IK has pitched security apparatus against the opposition instead of terrorists. National Action Plan has been forgotten. Min of Interor is extension of NAB.
