Preparations are being made to launch an emergency app for farmers within two days at Delhi’s Tikri Border Farmers Movement site. The application will be installed in the phones of all farmers, on which every update of the movement spanning several kilometers can be put from any farmer.
In order to deal with the problems faced by the farmers due to slow internet service at the picket site, the Farmers Social Army has planned to launch this emergency app. An important meeting is to be held on Saturday for the launch of the app.
Information about the launch of this app has been given by the United Kisan Morcha on Friday. According to farmers, this app will be of very low MB, which will also work easily in slow internet service. On this, photos of the location and nearby events can be uploaded.
The farmers said that at first the internet service at the Tikri border was completely closed. But now at a very slow pace, the internet has started again. But most of the farmers are facing technical problems regarding running the internet on their phones.
