J&K DDC Elections Results Latest updates: Big Reversal in Trends, BJP Giving Tough Competition to Gupkar Alliance

The counting of votes of J & K DDC elections is underway and the results will be announced by the end of the day. The elections were held on a total of 280 seats. And in the counting trend, BJP is giving a tough fight to the Gupkar alliance. A total of 2178 candidates for 280 seats were in the fray. Voting has been done in 8 phases wherein 51.42 percent voting was reported

Trends of Kashmir region

  • BJP- 04
  • Cups- 47
  • Congress- 10
  • Apni Party- 8

Trends of Jammu region

  • BJP- 62
  • Guptakar- 15
  • Congress- 15
  • Apni Party- 2
  • Others – 26

Trends on 174 seats

  • PAGD- 64 (lead at 62, win at 2)
  • BJP – 48
  • INC- 19 (edge at 18, win at 1)
  • JKAP- 5 (edge at 4, win at 1)
  • Other – 38 (lead at 31, win at 7)

According to the latest report, the trend of 156 seats in 280 has come. The Gupkar coalition i.e. PAGD is leading on 51 seats while its two candidates have won. At the same time, BJP is leading in 47 seats. Congress has 17 candidates ahead, while one has won. Apart from these, JKAP has won one seat and is leading in 4 and others are leading in 33 seats (6 won).
