The trend of Jammu and Kashmir District Development Council (DDC Election result) counting has changed once again. Once BJP was leading, but now, Gupkar is ahead on 96 seats. The result will be announced today. The elections were held on a total of 280 seats wherein 2178 candidates have tried their luck. This is the first J&K election after the removal of Article 370. So, the election result will be worth watching. BJP has put great effort in the election, and its result is also visible so far, but the Gupakar alliance seems to be ahead of the BJP.

In the latest result update for 231 seats out of 280, the alliance is ahead on 95 seats. Out of these, it has won 25 seats. BJP is ahead on 54 seats, out of which BJP has won 5 seats. Independents are ahead on 56 seats, out of which they have won 8 seats. Congress is ahead in 19 seats, it has won 4 of these seats, while its party is ahead in 7 seats, out of which it has won 4 seats.
