
Renowned hymn singer Narendra Chanchal passed away on Friday in a private hospital in the national capital. He was 80 years old. He took his last breath at Apollo Hospital in Delhi around 12:30 noon on Friday. He was undergoing treatment for the last three months. Singer Narendra Chanchal had brain clotting problems.
Music stars and other celebrities have mourned the death of Narendra Chanchal. PM Modi also expressed grief on the demise of Bhajan singer Narendra Chanchal. He took twitter to write, “The news of the death of popular hymn singer Narendra Chanchal ji is extremely sad. He made a mark in the world of singing hymns with his vibrant voice. My condolences to his family and fans in this hour of mourning! Oh, peace!”
