
One of the largest corona vaccination programs has been started in India. According to a health ministry report, more than two lakh people have been vaccinated in two days and side effects on 447 patients have been reported so far.
On Sunday, the Union Health Ministry said that after giving Coronavirus vaccination, on January 16 and 17, 447 AEFI (Adverse Event Followed Immunization) reports have been made. Union Health Secretary Dr. Manohar Agnani has said that its effect was minor in most of the cases. If someone has to be hospitalized after vaccination, it is recorded in Serious AFI. He told that only three such cases occurred in which people had to be hospitalized.
According to him, in one of such cases who were admitted to Northern Railway Hospital has been discharged within 24 hours. At the same time, another patient has also been discharged from AIIMS Delhi. While the third patients are in AIIMS Rishikesh and their condition is also good.
Speaking on side effects of the vaccine, he told that in most of the cases people complained of mild fever, headache, and nausea that are not serious.

More Than Two Lakh People Have Been Vaccinated In First Two Days
The Health Secretary stated that 2,07,229 people have been vaccinated on the first day. This is the highest number of vaccines in any country on the first day. India was ahead of America, Britain, and France in this matter.”
He further added, “On the second day, the vaccination program has been conducted in six states. A total of 553 sessions were conducted in Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Manipur, and Tamil Nadu. On Sunday, around 17 thousand people have been vaccinated.” During this, the Health Secretary informed that a total of two lakh 24 thousand people have been vaccinated in the first two days.
