The Ghazipur border was turned into a cantonment on Thursday. A large number of police forces and Rapid Action Force personnel were deployed there. Section 144 was imposed. Once again, Farmers are intensifying their protest
Now farmers are intensifying their agitation. At night, the farmers’ groups from neighboring states started going towards Delhi. The farmers left for Delhi at night from Bhiwani, Meerut, and Baghpat. At the same time, Tikait is engaged in reviving the movement.
The administration had cut the electricity-water connection
After the violence in the farmers’ protest on borders area, farmers were ordered to protest elsewhere. The administration had cut off their electric-water connections. After this action, Tikait had said on Thursday afternoon that he would end his agitation. After this, the Ghaziabad administration issued an order to vacate the protest site.
